In Stash when creating a pull request have predefined reviewer groups for branches based on the target branch name

For example, a group named "developers", can be set as the default review group for all branches beginning with the develop- prefix. So, when a pull request is created from branch develop-001.00, which matches prefix develop-, the predefined group "developers" fills field reviewers.
