      Hi,

      Would like to know if any feature available to add a group of people directly while creating a PR and also want to check if peer to peer reviewers can be added? Suppose if X developer is creating a PR request, it should automatically tie Y person as a reviewer.

      I also want to know if any command line utility to create PRs from terminal?
