Description
As a Bitbucket server instance administrator in my organisation, I often have to field questions from users who want to gain access to a project but don't know who is the project admin.
This is because there is nothing in the user interface which lets them know who a given project (or repo) is administrated by.
This means that we have not successfully completely delegated the administration of the project/repo, since we still have an initial query bottleneck with the instance admins, who can see the /projects/PROJECTKEY/permissions pages and can then tell the user who they should ask.
Can you please consider adding some kind of visibility of the list of admins for project/repos which the user has basic access to, such that they can direct project/repo permission requests successfully themselves?
