Our Stash instance is accessible via multiple URLs (legacy DNS). We're seeing problems with pull request attachments, where the URL of the attachment is based on the URL that the user accessed the application with.

E.g.

https://mystash:443
http://mystash:7990
https://mystash.alt-dns:443

This results in some confusion - sometimes I can't see an attachment (because I'm not logged in on the URL it's being served from). Sometimes, due to DNS issues, I can't even see the attachment at all (e.g. if the primary DNS is down).

My expectation is that the attachment URL would be based on my current URL, not the uploader's URL at the time.
