Stash should not attempt to authenticate to Crowd with a blank username

When Stash receives a request without a username present (e.g. a git pull/fetch/whatever with the remote set to http://:@example.com/stash) it will attempt to authenticate through Crowd with that blank username.

Stash should bail out early when a blank username is encountered.
