Selectively show the create PR link in the git console output based on the branch model

Rather than always showing the create PR link in the console output of git push, it would be good to apply some smarts to it.

Excluding the link from being shown when the current branch is the repository default branch, or when it is indicated as the "development", "production", or a "release" branch might be a good option.
