Change our messaging on the installer on 'Select Stash Home' screen

As per described in our Upgrade guide, it is possible to perform an upgrade with the installer. However, if someone downloads the installer and executes it (without reading the guide), the messaging below is confusing when we say "ensure that this location is not used by another Stash installation":

We need to fix it so it is clearer and aligned with the our Upgrade guide.
