"Copy User on Login" setting is not saved properly when saving Delegated LDAP settings

This issue does not happen consistently, hence making it difficult to reproduce.

Reproduction steps

1. Link Stash to Delagated LDAP
2. Edit LDAP Settings to enable or disable "Copy User on login"
3. Login to Stash with an account from LDAP that is not created in Stash

Expected Behavior

The result follows according to the setting preference

Actual Behavior

With "Copy Users" enabled

Invalid username and password error is thrown

With "Copy Users" disabled

The account is created in Stash and logon is permitted

Note

The occurrence is random and is solved by restarting Stash.
