Error when selecting Stash on installer using Start menu folder screen during upgrade

When upgrading Stash (i.e. from 3.2 to 3.3) using the installer, the default "Stash" folder name is rejected. This shouldn't happen. See the screen below:

To get around this, you need to select a different folder name, which is not ideal to do every time you upgrade.
