After deleting a Branch via Pull Request merge, all links containing a branch are dead

When you merge a Pull Reuqest and decide to delete the source branch, all links containing a reference to this branch (Files, Branches, Commits...) will become dead. This won't change even if you open the settings of the repository.

You do have to rebrowse the repository from projects/repository or from the history.
