Link branches to JIRA issues

    Description

      We generally use JIRA to create branches for issues, so that branch names have a JIRA issue ID in them.

      When reviewing the branches in Stash there is no easy way to navigate to the associated issue. Clicking on the branch shows the comparison to the default branch, and there is no action under the ellipsis button to open the associated issue.

      This makes it difficult to review the purpose of branches.
