Links with a fragment to rendered Markdown files do not jump to that section when loading

If you have a Markdown file containing markup like:

##<a href='#contributing' name='contributing'>Developer & Contribution Info</a>

and you provide an external link to it like so:

http://stash/projects/BLD/repos/foo/browse/README.md#contributing

then when someone follows that link the page is not jumped to the contributing section. I suspect this is because the rendered Markdown content is Ajaxed into the page after it has loaded.

We regularly point people to documentation in various Markdown files in projects from developer chats; having this work correctly would be big usability win.
