The refsync plugin is not shutting down its thread pool

The DefaultRefSyncConfig does not shutdown the thread pool it creates.

Note that the threads it generates are marked as daemon, thus this won't prevent the shutdown of Stash.

In the highly unusual scenario where the plugin would be manually stopped and re-started, this would mean that the threads stay alive until Stash finally shutdowns.
