Description
After I change a permission on a branch (e.g. add someone to restricted list), refreshing the page re-attempts the edit request and displays the Edit dialog. It would be nicer from the usability point to not have to change the url in the browser to get rid of that.
To reproduce: go into branch permissions via the branch actions menu in the branch list (this adds the ?at= parameter that hangs around afterwards)
