Add Support for Internet Explorer 11

    Description

      The current version of Stash doesn't support Internet Explorer 11 (as stated in Stash Documentation - Supported platforms )

      It would be ideal if you worked on adding it to the supported platforms as Windows 8.1 users have it installed by default and it can't (or shouldn't expect to) downgrade IE. This also affects users of Windows 7 that have upgraded to IE11
