[BSERV-4299] 404 when navigating to Commits (nav item) after merging a pull request with the delete branch option checked

Open the Files or Commits page at a branch with an open PR.
Merge that pull request with delete option checked
Click the Commits nav item
URL includes reference to deleted branch : https://stash.atlassian.com/projects/JAG/repos/jira-agile/commits?until=bugfix%2FGHS-10068
404 page not found
