Support proj-by-proj and repo-by-repo migration to new Stash instances

Details

    • We collect Bitbucket feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      It would be beneficial to allow customers to incrementally migrate portions of their Stash instance to a new instance along project or repository lines.

      This is particularly important in multi-team setups where big-bang migrations may be operationally difficult.
