Searching nested group memberships fails for users with a large number of groups

When Stash performs membership queries against Crowd for users in directories which support nested groups, its pagination attempts may result in incorrect/duplicated results. This appears to only affect users with more than 100 direct groups, where 100 is Filter.FETCH_SIZE (a hard-coded constant the system uses while paging over memberships to reduce memory consumption).
