This should be easy to reproduce. I created a simple repo with only a README.md in it.
I've attached the README.md.
Create the repo and give it to stash. Browse the repo in stash and see that the definition list is not rendered at all.
We are using standalone stash 2.7.1.

Basically, <dl> elements and contents are not rendered when included in markdown. I even tried placing the <dl> block inside a table with a single cell, but that didn't work.
