STASH Integration with Jira Time tracking

Please provide a way to integrate stash/git commits with Jira's time tracking.
e.G. If you commit with Jira ID reference and a keyword like "worktime 2h" or "wt 2h" or simply "2h" it adds 2 hours to the estimated time of the task/ticket you reference.
