Bundle Repository System Info Plugin with Stash

It would be really helpful for Supporters as well as customers to have this plugin bundled with Stash rather than to have it installed as a separate plugin. It would be good to have the features of this plugin being available in the product "out of the box", instead of sending customers on a hunt to AAC, marketplace or Support. It's already an Atlassian supported plugin.
