create a 'releases' tab in the branch/tag selector on the commits page

It would be nice to have a 'releases' tab on the branch/tag selector on the commits page that shows the tags that in the semver versioning format. Alternatively, If the tags could be displayed sorted lexicographically, that would work as well.
