Users can be locked out of Stash if external user directory is moved to another IP

There have been some reports where users can get locked out of Stash if the configured external user directory server is moved to another IP and internal user directory is disabled.
The only way to workaround this is to hack the database to enable the internal user directory and move it to the top of the precedence list to be able to use internal users to log back into the application. Another workaround is to update the respective database entry to point to the correct IP.
