Merge button should refresh when pull request is approved

The merge button on a pull request does not refresh. This is most apparent when the merge is blocked by a "required approvers" repository hook. When the last required approver clicks "Approve" the merge button still shows that the pull request does not have enough approvers. The user must refresh the screen before the merge button becomes enabled.
