JiraKeyIndexer doesn't take systemproperty into account

The JiraKeyIndexer checks if there is a System property stash.jira.key.pattern set to overwrite the default pattern with.

In the actual check for a JIRA key in the commit message only the default pattern is used. This is not what I would expected.
