Issue Summary

      The alt text has been provided for the "PROJ" decorative image.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the home page and activate the "Projects" link in the header.
      2. Select any of the projects from the main content area.
      3. Navigate onto the mentioned decorative image in the left navigation.
      4. Inspect the code.
      5. Notice that decorative image have an alt attribute with text that describes the decorative image.

      Actual Results

      Decorative image has been given descriptive alternate text such as "PROJ" in the left navigation which was found to be unnecessary as they do not convey any additional or important information to screen reader users.

      Expected Results

      Decorative images should be skipped by the screen reader. Provide empty alt attribute i.e., alt="" for the mentioned decorative image.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
