Issue Summary
The "Commit" heading is inappropriately defined as heading level 2.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the home page and activate the "Project" link in the header.
- Activate “PROJ” project.
- Activate any repository link from the “name” column of the data table, which will direct you to the source page.
- Now activate the Commits link from the left navigation.
- Using screen reader, navigate onto the mentioned instance and inspect its code.
- Observe that the mentioned instance uses an inappropriate heading level.

Actual Result
The "Commit" heading does not follow the visual structure of the page. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 2 instead of heading level 1. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page's content structure.
Expected Result
The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings. Provide an appropriate heading level to the mentioned heading text, such as <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, and so on.
You can replace heading level 2 from the "Commit" text to heading level 1.
