      Actual Results

The "Action" and "Navigation" textual elements are not semantically declared as headings. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page’s content structure.

      Expected Results

When any element title or categorize any content, it should semantically be declared as a heading. Mark up the above text using the appropriate HTML heading markup. As well, use headings with appropriate heading levels. Make sure that the heading levels correctly communicate the page's structure, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings.

      Code Snippet:

      <h3>Actions</h3>
      <h3>Navigation"</h3>
