Issue Summary
The "Not verified" heading is inappropriately defined as heading level 3.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the home page and activate the "Project" link in the header.
- Select any of the projects from the main content area.
- Select any of the repositories.
- Navigate onto the "Pull request" link in the side navigation and activate.
- Activate any of the links from the "Summary" column in the data table.
- Activate the "Signature Not verified" button from the table in the "Commits" tab.
- Navigate onto the mentioned instance and inspect its code.
- Observe that the mentioned instance uses inappropriate heading level.

Actual Results
The "Not verified" heading does not follow the visual structure of the page. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 3 instead of heading level 2. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page's content structure.
Expected Result
The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings. Provide an appropriate heading level to the mentioned heading text, such as <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, and so on.
