Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a PR
2. Go to Diff tab and select a file with code coverage uploaded
3. Hover mouse over coverage indicator (green, yellow or red pill next to line number)
4. Notice tooltip doesn't show details about the coverage

Expected Results

Tooltip should display the type of coverage (full, partial, none) for the line segment.

Actual Results

No tooltip is displayed and the user doesn't know what the coloured pill indicates.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
