Bitbucket 8.15+ is not compatible with server licenses. We need to warn customers that installing 8.15+ is not allowed before they perform the upgrade to have to turn around and revert to 8.14 or less.

Some possibilities:

• A question at the start of the installation, similar to the question we ask about starting Bitbucket, asking that they confirm they are not using a Server license

• A banner with a warning

• A check of bitbucket.properties to check for indications that a server license is in use
