Repository Details: Focus moved inappropriately

Issue Summary

The keyboard and screen reader focus is moving inappropriately when user dismiss the modal dialogs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the side navigation.
2. Navigate to and select the "Repository settings" link.
3. Observe that "Repository Details" page has been appeared on the page.
4. Navigate to the "Manage Repository" button and activate the options.
5. Observe that modal dialogs are getting opened on selecting the above options.

Actual Results

When user opens the modal dialog such as "Move this repository", "Archive this repository", and "Delete this repository" (which becomes available on activating "Move", "Archive", and "Delete") focus moves inappropriately to the top of the page instead of moving on the triggering "Manage Repository" button when the user close the modal dialog,
As a result, keyboard only and screen reader users will have to navigate the screen content again before accessing the content which is after the triggering button.

Expected Results

Ensure that the keyboard focus moves to the triggering element when the modal dialog is closed which can be achieved via JavaScript focus() method.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
