Issue Summary

The color contrast of the focus indicator is found to be insufficient.

Note: Fixed this issue wherever it is applicable. Seems like the focus indicator throughout Bitbucket fails the minimum Contrast requirements with adjacent backgrounds. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the mentioned page.
2. Navigate to the mentioned instances.
3. Use any color contrast testing tool to check the color contrast.
4. Observe that the color contrast focus indicator and the background is insufficient.

Actual Results

For all the interactive elements, form fields and controls, the focus indicator color fails to meet the required color contrast ratio with the background color. 
Details for interactive element:

Foreground: #4C9AFF

Background: #FFFFFF

Ratio: 2.8:1 

Details for dropdown elements:
Foreground: #4C9AFF

Background: #ECEDF0

Ratio: 2.8:1 

This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to identify the focus indicator for the user interface controls that have insufficient contrast.
Note: Also the focus indicators of the most of elements in the header, side navigation & main content fail minimum contrast requirements.

Expected Results

Ensure that the color contrast of the focus indicator for all user interface controls is at least 3:1 with the adjacent background color.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
