Add feature to set more than one Production branch

Under Branching models, it is only possible to set one "Production" branch.

Feature request: add the ability to set multiple Production branches.

Use case: they may be teams who have more than one "production" branch and they want to set branch permissions on those branches.

Workaround: use a naming convention for production branches and use Branch permission patterns for setting permissions
