In the initial (Bitbucket 8.0) release of Mesh support for rebalancing partitions is not included. This means, amongst other things, if a new Mesh node is added it will only host new repositories created since the addition of the Mesh nodes. Ideally when a Mesh node is added, replicas of existing repositories can be moved to it such that the existing load is better distributed, taking load off the other nodes.
