Pull request Diff :Navigation order is inefficient to get to the right side of the screen where the line by line differences are shown.

Issue Summary

In the diff page for the modified section, the user needs to navigate through unnecessary content in order to reach the main content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the URL
2. Navigate to the main content area to reach the modified code area in the right side section.

Actual Results

In the diff section page of the Pull request overview, for the modified code which is available in the right section of the page the assistive technology and only keyboard the user needs to navigate through all the left panel section in order to get to the modified code section. This consumes a lot of time and will irritate the assistive technology user to navigate through the whole page to reach the main section.

Expected Results

Following suggestions could be implemented on the page in order that the keyboard user and assistive technology user could reach the modified code section easily without having to navigate through the unnecessary content:

• A skip to the main content link could be added in the header section
• A heading could be provided in the Modified section so the assistive technology user could easily navigate to the section.

 Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
