Description
After commenting file lines for a customized commit range in a pull request,
the comments are visible in the overview and under "other comments",
but are not shown inline in the diff for the whole PR commit range [1][2].
It would be a great help if such comments were also displayed inline in the diff view.
At least, if the content of the commented line has not been changed between the initial commit and the latest commit, the comment is still valid and should be displayed.
[1] An example for a customized commit range is: selecting all new commits in a PR changes since my last review.
[2] Normally, only outdated comments are shown at "other commemts", but
a customized commit range which is part of the PR commit range is still valid and not outdated if commits have been added without force push.
