Last character of pull request title disappears if immediately preceded by a Jira issue key

Issue Summary

Creating a pull request with a Jira issue key at the end of the pull request title, the last characters following the Jira key disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create/update a pull request title with "Don't hardcode ID value [BSERV-12246]"

Expected Results

It would show the complete string "Don't hardcode ID value [BSERV-12246]"

Actual Results

It removes the character `]` after the Jira issue key like "Don't hardcode ID value [BSERV-12246"

Workaround

Currently, we don't have a workaround to apply on this case.
