Bitbucket should display the repository name on Pull Request pages

      Bitbucket currently doesn't show the name of the repository at all on pull request pages (except in the sidebar if non-collapsed). To make it more obvious what repository I'm reviewing a PR for, the repository name should be displayed on the PR page.

      Oddly, the repo name is displayed on every page leading up to the actual PR page (including the list of PRs); it's only the PR page itself that's missing the repo title.
