    Description

      Issue Summary

The commit IDs created in a forked repository are not hyperlinked in the pull request comments until the pull request is merged

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. From a fork repository, make a change, push it to the remote, and create a pull request
      2. In the pull request, create a comment with the commit ID listed/included in this pull request
      3. The commit ID in the pull request's comment is not hyperlinked
      4. Merge the pull request
      5. The commit ID in the pull request's comment is hyperlinked

      Expected Results

For changes made in a forked repository, the commit IDs should be hyperlinked ,so that the links can be followed during the pull request review.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Please note, this issue is specific to forked repositories. If changes are made in a repository that is not forked, the commit IDs that is part of the pull request is hyperlinked in the pull request comment
