Description:

Using Google chrome, when viewing the Branch page of a repository, if the mouse focus partially on the avatar from the bottom, the tooltip blinks. 

Ways to reproduce

1. Create a branch
2. Open the Branch section, to view the branch list
3. In the Updated column of the branch list header, partially focus the mouse at the bottom of the avatar

Expected Result

Display a stable tool-tip

Actual Result

Displays a blinking tool-tip

Workaround

None.
