Description
To use the wording "needs work" can create very negative feelings for the author of a pull request. As a reviewer I simply want to mark a PR as not being done but I definitly don't want to show off that this PR needs work.
Most of the times a reviewer simply waits for changes which is also my intention of this suggestion:
Please rename the wording of "needs work" to something like:
"waiting for changes" "awaiting changes" "improvement requested"
The goal is to ommit frustration on the authors side and improve PRs by using non violent communication.
There are definitely other wordings that might be better, but at least I hope my intentions are clear.
