Feature to enable default reviewers in Pull Requests created by auto-merge failure

When auto-merge fails with a merge conflict, a Pull Request is created

Unfortunately, there is not any way to choose to attach default reviewers to attach to the review, which has resulted in issues with specific workflows and interaction with the Default Reviewers feature

Please give us a way to enable default reviewers on auto-merge failures
