    Description

      When public access is enabled on a project, a PUBLIC lozenge appears next to it in the UI, and next to all the repositories under that project. When feature.public.access is set to "false" in bitbucket.properties, these projects and repositories are no longer public, but they still display this lozenge.

      Reproduced in 5.12.1. The lozenge on projects did not exist as far back as 5.1.1.
