Save licensed user count across restarts

    • We collect Bitbucket feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      A few page items require the count of licensed users before rendering. However, licensed user count calculation can take a long time to complete on large instances with lot of users and group. As a result, normal users are able to see pages but their admin users aren't able to see any pages until after the licensed user count is calculated.

      Save the licensed user count and reload it on startup so admins can use the app immediately.

            Description Original: A customer's instance is taking 4 hours to calculate the licensed user count. A few page items require licensed user count before rendering for admins.
