Maria db 10.2.8 is incompatible with Bitbucket

      Maria 10.2.8 has some changes to their restrictions around dropping columns that has caused problems when starting a new instance of Bitbucket with Mariadb 10.2.8. 

      This problem would stop Bitbucket from starting up due to not being able to create a valid schema.
