      Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open JIRA Capture browser extension.
      2. Log-in to the Cloud instance.

      Result

      1. 403 Error is shown on login: Too many incorrect logins for this account. Please visit the JIRA homepage to reactivate the account.
      2. Browser extension can not be used.

      Expected Result

      1. Browser extension log-ins with no errors.
