Non-Latin characters marked in language-less code formatting (BB-10953)

If part of the issue text is marked as code, without specifying language – i.e. by insetting lines with four spaces or by using three ``` characters in the beginning and end without specifying particular programming language – code formatting block marks / styles non-Latin characters in special way. See image below:

I think, this is bug and shouldn't happen in Bitbucket.
