Unfortunate placement of settings button (BB-10766)

When I was using Bitbucket for the first time, it took me quite some time until I found the Settings button.

This is due to the fact that it is partially covered by Chromes status bar:

In general, I would expect a button like that to be positioned near the top of the website, not the bottom.
