Feature request: show description on repository details (BB-10712)

Before, the description was shown on the repository detail screen. In the new version, the description is gone. When you have admin rights, you can find the description in the settings of the repository, but a lot of our employees does not have admin rights. We used the description for very useful internal information.

For new repositories we will use the readme.md files, but for our older repositories we have this issue.
